Heart of Nature breads are unique high fibre loaves packed with seeds and whole grains. There is now a delicious new, protein rich addition to the range: ‘White Quinoa’.

‘The Heart of Nature’, a range of unique pure grain, wheat free bread, is being launched to offer consumers a bread that tastes delicious and can be eaten by everyone including those following wheat free or vegan diets. The Company PURE NATURE, the London based start-up behind the launch, claims the traditional Polish recipe is unique, using neither flour nor yeast and is preservative and additive free. The Heart of Nature was a Finalist in the recent World Food Innovation Award 2016 held at the Hotelympia Exhibition.

Whilst made to a traditional recipe, the range capitalises on current health trends associated with nutritional benefits of super grains including quinoa and chia seeds, supporting healthy lifestyles without using GMO’s or hydrogenated fats. Being wheat free, it is also an ideal alternative for individuals suffering wheat intolerance.
